Found this:
Aronofsky saw Perfect Blue decades ago, and bought the rights of it, for a miserable 59000 dollars, just so that he could xerox the bathtub scene:And he did so again with Black Swan, the mirrors, the double, the overbearing mother figure, the duality, the repressed sexuality, etc, all of those are themes from Perfect Blue and he didn't interpret them or made reference, no, he copied them, period.
