I miss sneaking into construction sites at night, as a child,
playing around in a make believe post-apocalyptic world.
We couldn't have been more than 8 years old.Finding lots of these (ammo/cartridges for fasteneres):
Naive/stupid as we were, we banged them with left behind hammers just for the kick of it.
With every year that goes by I grow more appalled, thinking how lucky we were that no one got injured. But by the joy derived our mischief, not to mention reminiscing about now, I could never forbid any future kids of mine to do the same.
