here's on from the father of an acquaintance
he's a state trooper: "well, if you hit someone while you're driving, it's best to back up and finish them off... when it comes to the courts, and there's only one voice, and it's yours - you'll just come out better off"
this was before csi helped them figure out everything.- this happened in Korea. The driver hit this 10 yr old kid. Came out the car and killed him********
