Probably not a solution in your case, but wait till 5 minutes before you´re off from work, use the bookfunction in Quark to write the 7 different documents to one .ps-file to be saved in your watched folder ....
... and hopefully Distiller will have a PDF ready for you tomorrow, which can easily be split into 7 different documents
