Yeah, had the worst one ever a few weeks ago thought I was going to have a brain hemorrhage. Got it from a similar thing to bzsaw ^. Took codeines but didn't do a thing. Was throwing up so much from the pain I couldn't keep anything down anyway. My boyfriend ended up calling an ambulance, took a while for the intravenous pain killers to work once I got to the hopistal but all up about 7 hours of unbearable agony.
Usually hit it early with 2 strong pain killers once the eye flickering starts but left that one too long.
That back bend looks extreme bzsaw but I might give it a go if it's helped for you.
