perhaps get some file storage boxes, then get some of packs of coloured round stickers in a stationery shop. Should be fairly easy to do something similar to what you posted.
However, if you are looking for meboxes then try ringing them and ask for local suppliers you can contact. They may just be out of stock at the moment and probably won't be in stock till the new year. But phone them and they can let you know.
