I saw a clip of Letterman where he had Rachel Maddow on and she was against Wikileaks although to be fair she didn't call for his immediate execution. Letterman himself called Assange creepy which is kind of funny considering his own track record.
In order words, I guess it's not OK to support them if you are a mainstream media personality.
