end of the day, it suck... that place sucks... but don't bother trying to sue or anything. They've got plenty lawyers and have been through this before. Yr friends will always say "yeah sue them kick their asses" as it's what u wanna hear.
Basically, almost all enforecement types, from cops to bouncers to airport security... take those jobs because they like power, and when they get it, it's even worse! (cops actually being the nicest of the lot in many countries) it's something we have to deal with if we want to live/party in places where voilent assholes and thieves don't ge ttheir way all the time
