Last month I baked some savory stuff (Mac & Cheese, Candied Yams) but I assume that's not what you're asking about. I did also bake a peach cobbler and it knocked my fucking socks off.
And this month, I made my first batch of butter,

And baked some mini ginger snaps. About to make a "butter" creme icing.Now that I have all these butter and about to make more, I'll be baking more than average next week :D
