Not sure what time it is in europe and the states, but I'm sure someone will be able to help you shortly with some detailed info.
I'd imagine you'd need to create a stage similar to how flash works so that the script can be aware of the screen size and therefore the relative position of the scrollbar...?
Do you want any other parts of the page to also scroll or only the content within said div?
