I applied for a job at a studio a few years back who were primarily in the high end property market..most of the work was almost fashion orientated.
They did a book for this house on the cliffs in Sydney, and the book they produced had actual gold foiling inside and some other very expensive materials used in it's production.
The book came with house if you purchased it..was around 10 mill or so? Anyway if anyone knows the one I'm talking about, it's freaking awesome!
