    To do a decent job you need to get yourself flash media server installed on a box and some reasonable upstream bandwidth. We looked at basically doing this for our site once but never finished the project. I'm sure there are other ways to do it with some server side application..you could probably stream the video at a respectable speed using AMF PHP, not sure how you'd capture the feed tho.

    Kinda cool, but very 2006 imo.
