heres some feedback.
You clearly lack any talent or skill what so ever to be a designer.Not only because you are close minded enough when you were designing a site and someone mentioned grids and alignment to help better your design, you responded with "i prefer a more organic approach".
And not only because you have the spineless lack of self respect to steal others work and pass it off as your own.
But more so because any piece of work you produced off your own back was some of the worst work my poor god dam eyes have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing.
Clearly you have no talent or skill nor design education or experience, so don't even try to be a designer.
Enjoy that shameful, pathetic, fraudulent, lack of self respect that you exude so well.
