and remember, the ideas and artwork always remains your property. she is buying rights to print your artwork on her tees. preferable if you specify usage in advance... ie. 500 tees in one year, reprint rights to be negotiated.
you'd be pretty pissed if you designed the BAPE tee and 15 years/ thousands of tees later you've still only seen $300 for your idea.
