    I think the best way to go about it is by speaking to someone direct on the phone (accounting, your contact, etc...), confirming your product/ service, and then stating the account is overdue by X days and setting a date that the site will be taken down if full payment is not received (I'd follow this conversation up with a email). This keeps you professional IMO and avoids anything unforeseen that may have resulted in the payment being overdue.
