Folks need to remember that we're a service industry - if services have been performed accurately... ... money is due.
If the money doesn't come - then remove the service. It's a website... it's not like you're shutting off their electricity or water... ... which is an interesting comparison given the Electric Co / Water Co will shut you off in a heartbeat if you're not able to pay.
Take it down... don't be a pussy... you don't work for free.
