Question for everyone: Anyone use the rub on wax that's easier to apply? I don't know anything about it, but if I end up going Saturday I might need to add something to my board. A friend is going to teach me how to wax it, and once I move I'll have a space in the basement to work on stuff, but in the meantime am I assuming correctly that it's just a rub on short-term wax? Anyone familiar with this?
- youtube has several videos on thishonestIy
- lasts 1 or 2 runs. Unless speed is really a factor for you (BIG park jumps where you need every bit of speed you can find) I wouldn't bother.ntslide
- I wouldn't bother with the rub on
ntslide - cool, thanks. Glad I'm going to learn how to do it on my own.mg33
- you don't need a workspace. do it on your kitchen floor. scrape the wax outside, or even better in the parking lot when you arrive.horton
- you arrive. leaving wax unscraped and on edges is good if you mount board to roof of vehicle.horton
