either you're good or you're not...
if you work is solid don't even bother sharing your work experience if nobody asks - can't tell you how many times I've sat through interviews where nobody cared about my school / education / past work experience...
... if you're in an agency that does pay attention to those things - it's probably run by some clown from H.R.
