    I skipped intern, junior.

Started as a mid weight then went to senior to art director heading up our creative team in the space of about 12 months when I was 22. Turning 24 in a few weeks...I'd say im still more of a designer than an art director however and if I went for a job elsewhere I'd be looking for a senior design role/junior art director. I'm a bit of an extreme case too, since I had to step up to the plate, it wasn't something I put myself up for and had to learn along the way..

Still learning a lot every day, mostly around dealing with clients, creative pitching & dealing with the team internally. Don't really know when I will want to become a CD, I'd like to stay on the tools for as long as I'm good at it...

    • Go for the CD role now, but get back on the tools for good jobs and leave the shit to the subordinate underlings ;)Amicus
    • lol I basically am the CD now, but we aren't really big enough to need a purely conceptual creative.tOki
