(AllHipHop News) George W. Bush has accepted an apology from rap star Kanye West, who called the former President of the United States a "racist" during a telethon in 2005, for his slow reaction to Hurricane Katrina.
"I'm not a hater. I don't hate Kanye West," President Bush said.
