    why dont you throw in some grading too? if its appropriate for the feel you want.

    After effects -
    Make an adjustment layer, right click effect > colour &... > curves / levels / brightness contrast.

    There is a levels with separate RGB values in there too, which is what you want to mess with for grading. Cant remember its exact name atm.

    If you want it done quick make a new solid colour, the colour being the tint you want, set it to overlay, press t on the layer for transparency and try it at 20% then adjust.

    Or IIRC photo filters are in after effects -
    make an adjustment layer, right click effect > colour &... > photo filter

    and choose a colour you want.
