like the pans, slow pans
but you need more camera cuts, watch some mainstream music videos and you'll see they cut to a new scene like every second, sometimes faster, gotta keep the audience interested.
Im not saying a cut every second for 3 minutes is good, that would be annoying, but mix the pace up a bit, match it to the song.
i did a vid project recently and i found its very easy to get boring footage, keep changing it up and keep it snappy.
