the colors and work is nice...but i have don't care for it being full screen...and, why do you have an 'enter' page that informs visitors it "requires" anything.
i looked at the site on linux, in mozilla and it worked fine...i didn't have to have internet explorer.
it isn't good to force users into something, especially when it isn't true.
other than those blatent accessibility and compliancy flaws...seems good to me. the flash was a little choppy and processor intense...so you might want to spend some time working on image optimisation and tightening your code up for the final release.
