    it burns like hell, but it works.
    get ready to scream non stop for a couple of hours, find a small piece of wood or semi soft plastic you can bite, maybe even using a mouthguard. Do not rinse with water, as the hydrogen component in water will only activate with the components on the cream and increasing the burn sensation.

    If you are a sissy and can't stand the pain, have your landlord (if you rent, of course) wait outside with a bucket of thin grain rice, so you can dip your privates in it, the rice will absorb most of the cream, If you are a home owner you can sit on the floor and drag your self across the carpet in forward motion.
