"I have been sober for 3 years and I love it. Got drunk once since then, felt totally out of control, felt like crap the next day and lost the weekend to feeling miserable. Will never do it again."
It's called a hangover.
Christ. If even the elementary workings of an intoxication is that foreign to you it's a bit premature to refer to yourself as 'sober for x years'. Now drop that milk and chug a beer you overgrown baby.
