I dunno..I use GoDaddy for a bunch of small things, where I don;t have to think about, and I haven't had much problem with them. I also host a few sites at MT, where the conversation is like..
me: Hi, my site is down. Again.
mt: OK we'll take a look...and..oh..
me: What?
mt: We're having an issue. The servers are down.
me: Yes, I know. When will it be up?
mt: In a little bit why it's just up....now!
me: Ok, let me look..and hey there it is . OK..and..Hey! Where'd it go?
mt:Oh sorry. We have a problem. Our servers just went down.
me: Fuck I know! That's what I was calling about..
mt: Yes, but we resolved that issue. The site went back up.
me: But then it went down again!
mt: Well it's a new issue. Please hold on. By the way, have you looked at our superfly backend admin panel? It's all shiny and whizbang...
