When you frame it as a free market of course it appeals to people like cnaps and deathboy. When you frame it as a monarchy somehow I doubt most people would be in favor of it.
So the question is which do we really live under. A system where there is free competition in most industries, or a system where one or two huge corporations dominate most industries, and also the government agencies that regulate them. Do most people who get rich come out of nowhere or are they just rich because their parents were rich?
- im with you when it comes to the monarchy part. that can only come with dirty politcians.********
- look at obama corn ethanol. bought and paid for for his own means********
- Right, so which party is more likely to bring that about? IMO, it's definitely the Republicansukit
- in the case of busienss vs gov. gov is parent, they hold sole authority on rules. corp is kids. i blame the authority people********
- Since they are even more corrupt and subserviant to special interests than the Demsukit
- and i blame the kids bribing. but i hold the authority higher. like a parent lettign a kid drink alcohol********
- you think im not agaisnt the monarchies you speak of that i haev to chosoe a side. im saying there is no side to be had********
- i dont take party into whos more corrupt. how would that even be measured. i take indivudal actions form peopel on philosophy********
- based on the philosophy********
- If one party is dramatically worse, then it only makes sense to take note of itukit
- ukit jefferson understood the corruptability of men my seperation of business and such was so important********
- i take no not eof party only individuals actions hiding behind party is bs generalizations********
- and only good generally speaking. in this case right uses power to get rich, dems prefer to get power********
- my general view which cant be held as false or true. only as one judges individuals reponses. for every left their is an equal right likely********
- a equal right misjustice likely. and thats on an individual level. can only talli individual acts that you know********
- I don't know what you mean, individual actions. Parties generally vote as a block on many issues.ukit
- Your view of politicians as individual principled people is very quaint.ukit
- its collective vs individual. how to weigh and measure how to relatively look at things********
- a republican votes for a democrat. that would contradict the generalization.********
- so you take that at different relativies. on this level its this on and individual level you can get closer to truth********
- evil vs good without relating the different shades of grays to + or - on a scale. and the fact scales can be different..********
- i guess brings us down to philospohical beliefs and such. do you have a philosophy? a certian ethicla guideline to live by?********
- im with you when it comes to the monarchy part. that can only come with dirty politcians.
