  So... you think you had a rough morning? Check me out... I got a flat tire on my way to work. Fixed it and went back home to wash off the blackness. As I'm cleaning my hands and face in the bathroom sink, I hear this wooshing sound coming from my bedroom. So I go in there and the whole place is flooded. A pipe burst through the wall, putting a huge gash in the drywall, and water is gushing out. All of my books and my design work from way back in school is destroyed. Lots of sentimental stuff has turned into a slimy goop.

  I'm also going to fall behind on work since I'll be at home with the plumbers today and not in the office. Shit.

  But when I think about it, if I hadn't gotten that flat tire, I wouldn't have returned home to catch the flooding. It could've been worse! Weirdness.
