    i want to believe it will be Mr. Victor Zsasz. That would be awesome if the story had to take that serial killer tone

    for those not in the know...

    Mr. Zsasz is a fictional character in the DC Comics universe. He is a serial killer and is an enemy of Batman. He usually kills with a knife and carves a tally mark somewhere on himself for every victim.

    he with Jeremiah Arkham would be epic
