hey, it was voted by a panel of 'musical experts'
I think that says it all.
I only trust votes done by the people for the people. Every xmas an irish dj gets listeners to vote for their all time top 100. he then gets the votes together and plays those top 100 over 2 days. I proves to be pretty accurate.
