regarding this:
no offense to anyone here, read my previous comments to learn that I'm not a fan boy, in fact this is the first positive thing I'm saying about the macbook air.
Apple has Osx, they will always win (no pun intended)
if gateway computers would be able to run Osx as stable as a mac, then I would go buy a gateway (maybe not, but almost).I laugh when sony or other respectable brands aim to charge for a laptop more than what a mac costs, because you have to run windows, they spend all this time making amazing hardware for what.
