Apparently it's faux paux to go for a drink at an establishment that your ex-girlfriend's friend works at with your new girl because, and I quote, "You're not very smart, why did you go to Duggans with your new girlfriend? ________ told me she saw you" "It blows my mind that you could be so insensitive and disrespectful to me."
A) I didn't know she worked there and I wouldn't have gone if I knew that.
B) Regardless, they've got really good fuckin' beer there. ;-)
C) Not quite sure why I apologized for being out in public with my new girl. I'm still paying bills for the ex, paid for the furniture we bought together and designed biz cards + had them printed for her on my dime!!! Let her berate me multiple times, offered her anything she wanted out of the condo. Yet, I'm still a prick.
- she's pissed cause the new girl is cuter!capn_ron
- Ha, thanks, Cap! Sucks cause I wanna be the "good guy", but she's making it next to impossible.Andrew_D
- don't let it get to you. It was an just an accident.capn_ron
- Trying to, mate. Sucks when you hurt somebody and everything you do to make up for it doesn't work.Andrew_D
- Time heals all, I suppose.Andrew_D
- why are you paying her bills????********
- Cause she's broke and in school, just wanted to help her out. Yet the flack I'm getting is telling me to stop.Andrew_D
- stop paying. especially if she's gonna get on your balls for this kind of stuff.********
- Honestly, I don't normally let this shit fly, I guess it's because of the guilt.Andrew_D
- don't do the guilt... it just takes longer for things to iron out (trust me!) - ps. beers? in a different bar?megE
- my take lays below, one flight down \/********
