I use unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk they're not too bad. had a few outages in the early hours of the morning, usually totalling 2hours per month approx.
they have been very accommodating when we've needed them to change settings for things, and we're only on a standard reseller account.
their servers are running Plesk panel as standard, just to let you know.
