I have a Vaio F Series - the design is a total MBP rip, including the keyboard spacing... and I like it. My only regret is that I couldn't find one with the matte/non-glare screen.
Sony updates/driver downloads can be tricky, their website is somewhat convoluted in that area.
Be sure to avoid any machine with that "integrated graphics" crap, or it will be the bane of your existence.
- Yeah, VAIO seems like one of the best options right now... And yes a total MBP ripoff :)jagara
