The cover looks so evil to appeal to young rebellious ways, and a half-naked girl to tend to their hormones, but look, she's wearing furry raccoons. You don't see that too often. Probably never, but it's somehow still sophisticated because of the victorian like wallpaper in the background. Even though there is nothing sophisticated or elegant about the image. To make it more appealing to parents... the parental advisory logo is placed nicely for them to see, just so they can monitor their purchases for the kids, yet tells the kids... this is something your parents might not approve.
