    I say mandatory military service for two years after High School. After getting out you should get the Gi Bill. (50K total).

    P.S. Before all the libs criticize you should know that the following countries all have a mandatory period of armed service. Norway, Switz, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece
