  start a general scholarship fund instead. if you take a loan out and got and education you should pay what you owe. I know that the loan industry is a tricky beast but I see no reason why someone else would donate money to me or any other stranger to payoff loans.

  what would it be a post college scholarship? I dig your what you are trying to do but I don't think it would work, but I not always right.
