Yoooo AG.... I juuuust made one, like a few days ago. Used Screentime ($400). You have to have a PC and a Mac though. I bought the "Mac/PC" version of the software thinking it would be one piece of software for one OS but it's not. It turned out to be two pieces of software, one for PC and one for Mac. Luckily I had my wife's PC to work with. Software is easy to use though and can get REALLY detailed if you want (i.e. custom install screens, custom icons, accessing the computer, etc)
