i'm nit-picking here but i changed your skillset summary:
Completed Design and Development Programs – proficient in the following: Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Imageready, Streamline, Pagemaker, Flash, Director MX, Authorware, Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks, Freehand, Quark X Press, Bryce, Poser, Premier, Painter, Quicktime vr Authoring Studio, Protools, Peak, Reason, Sound Edit, Sound Forge and other non-industry standard Applications. Several years of experience in design, layout, and art related design elements. Work well as an individual or with a team.
the term 'state of the art' isn't really used any more and the other text was just superfluous and made the read take longer to get to the meat of the subject: your skillsets.
