i'm reckon that you need to pay google for that kind of thing. otherwise anybody could build such a thing and get their pages into any search result.
i hate it when that happens, you type in something like 'property london se' and you get links that look bonafide and useful but then you click on one and you get some shitty search engine called speedysearch or some shit like that and your search is in there but there's no results. aarghnnggh...snarf
