ANTIGLARE ALL THE WAY!!!
I would recommend NOT to buy a glossy for work.My MBP is matt screen and I used to have no problems working for long periods without eye strain but since the agency I worked at switched to glossy screens, I frequently get eye burn, sandpaper and bloodshot eyes. Not only that but the screen picks up evey light in the studio so there are glare reflections all over the screen which make it difficult when I working with colour retouching and detailed work. And like luckyorphan said when the screen is dark I find it almost unusable.
Glossy looks pretty but for practical purposes they are useless.
