I have glossy and like it. I definitely think the colors 'feel' more richer than matte when you're inside. Some people point out reflections on glossy. However, you can view a glossy screen from an angle and NOT get a reflection when you're inside. On a matte display, you'd get a matte reflection. Now this only matters if you're going to be looking at the screen from an angle for some reason (i.e. if you also have an external display with the MBP off to the side)

It does reflect if you're outside and/or directly at a light source. I don't work outside though and if I did I'd probably go to a place where I can avoid light. I also don't have my desk lamp pointing at my screen for obvious reasons.

The only other time you get reflections are when you have a VERY dark screen. Then it reflects just like how glass will. But most of the time you'll have shit on screen. I rarely run into this issue and when I do, it's not that big of a deal.

I've had matte for a very long time and matte just feels old school. I'd definitely recommend glossy over matte.
