  "I don't like those colours" — Does he need to? Is he the brand now?

  "Couldn't you have done something with shadows?" — To what end?

  "the only way to do it is black-on-white," "what we really want is something subtle, with some nice colors to it." — Which design school did they go to, and why did they hire you when they clearly have more experience in these matters?
