It's even more infuriating when they begin like, "Hey, do you think it would be possible if we could..." and then, after bullet-listing their requests, they end it like a pure command, omitting any chance that there might have been a question mark somewhere in there. I'd honestly respect them more if they simply said, "Hey, here are the changes we would like:" and just get on with it, instead of patronizing me with the polite lead-in question in the first place.
