Estimate a range of time and tell them the price. Let them runaway if they want, but you may be pleasantly surprised what they will pay if you explain the amount of work it takes, and the value it will add to their business.
A lot of business people will deliberately ask ridiculous prices just to see if you are desperate. It's a common tactic in negotiating.
