"I don't have a 10 year plan .. I tend to think about the immediate future more than long term, but I do know what I'd like to achieve over the next [enter number of years you expect to stay at company] years.
Over the past year I have [list achievement] in order to [list reason behind achievement]. This has provided me with [list a benefit] and [list more benefits to the company you're applying to]. To follow on from this, I hope to be able to [list future hoped for accomplishment] over the next [expected length of time]. I hope that given my previous experience and enthusiasm for [accomplishment] I'll be able to achieve my aims by [example of how your skill-set will be utilised].
Hopefully, by ensuring that my near-future goals are met, I can ensure that my long-term future pans out well, and that I will have made good efforts to further establish my career in 10 years time."
