    I know exactly what your saying about being at the age where your body is more affected by your lifestyle.

    I turned 25 recently and knowing that 25 is the age where you are potentially as strong and as fit as you can be it kinda scared me a bit. I have a bit of fat on me and i'm good fitness wise, but knowing that my body shape is beginning to 'set' is pretty scary.

    Training time. Sign up to a new gym today infact. Strength training, plyometrics and testosterone growth exercises I'm focussing on.

    I like grip training stuff too, used to be able to tear a yellow pages in half with just my hands and need to build up to that, there's one in my cupboard I've been threatening regularly, gonna mess him up!!
