  Here is the legal way to do this. You need to add this to every page.

  “Confidential property of Company Name, Inc. Not to be forwarded or copied. Anyone who inadvertently receives a copy should return it immediately to Company Name, Inc.”

  Change Company Name to your business.

  Second, put a password protect with expiration on your document and lock the printing.
