5dII = better low light capability, better...mostly everything.
are you serious about this? If you are, get the 5d. If this is a hobby and you're budget is tighter, get the 7d.
as OSFA said, it really comes down to that sensor size.
- 7D = better AF, especially in low-light or moving subjects... 5D = amazing low-light ISOvaxorcist
