.. It's funny how people think this happened four years ago, where did you get that info? It happened very recently in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
So, they have found her, apparently she is 12 years old:

Bosnians are actually trying to justify her actions stating that killing puppies is just something they do over there in Bugojno because if you don't kill them, they will be all over the place. Or something like that. That could just easily prove how different their mentality is from... the rest of the world.
I think that it sucks that the bitch killed those puppies, she could easily give them away, lots of people would gladly offer their homes to help the little bastards.
